My favorite roast of coffee. I just love it. It was delivered very fast, the day after I purchased it, and it is still the same coffee I love. It's a fantastic dark roast. I love coffee, and it takes a good cup of java to make me happy (well happier) in the morning before I go to work. Fast delivery, great coffee. It you're a dark roast person like me, you'll really like it. Makes my morning.
I'm from Seattle and have tried many a small local coffee place and all their offerings... this is still the first cup of coffee I genuinely enjoy drinking. I would still drink this even if it was 100% caffeine free. I generally despise bitter flavors and often drown my coffee in sugars, syrups, and milks to mask the flavor. I drink this black! It's so smooth and where there is usually bitter, biting notes, this coffee leaves you with warm, smooth, woodsy notes.
Best K Cup coffee brand that I have had so far. Caribou Medium and is flavored with essence of cocoa and gives you that caffeine kick. It is not bitter at all and the coffee flavors are so smooth. It is my go to brand every time. They do have other flavors so make sure you note which one you end up liking.
I know the Keurig is not the ideal way to brew coffee, but since my wife must drink decaf and I prefer extra-caf the Keurig is a good compromise for us. Since purchasing a Keurig machine, I have settled on Caribou's Mahogany as my coffee staple. Drinking coffee black makes the flavor and body of the coffee extremely important. Mahogany works.
Once in a while I also make a cup of La Colombe's Corsica coffee using a k-cup adaptor. The boys at La Colombe would probably consider this brewing method sacrilegious but it still produces a damned fine cup of strong coffee.
